FAQ:
When does admission begin?
As planned, at 6:00 PM at the cafeteria entrance (see map).
When does the LAN party end?
We will turn off the internet and power at 5:00 PM on Sunday, but we will begin dismantling everything except the rows at 4:00 PM. Therefore, please be mindful of the time so that every seat is empty on time.
How does seat reservation work?
Each guest can reserve seats on-site for themselves (and their group) on a first-come, first-served basis.
When will there be food?
A breakfast buffet is available from approximately 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Snacks will be available throughout the LAN party.
How many power outlets will I have?
Each guest has a maximum of 3 power outlets available. Plugging in any additional power strips or extension cords of any kind is not permitted.
What am I allowed to plug in?
Power supplies for PCs, laptops, monitors, or charging cables are permitted. Kettles, microwaves, refrigerators, or similar appliances are not permitted. If you're unsure, just ask us, the organizers.
Where can I use the restroom?
Restrooms are located directly below the cafeteria or near the university sports showers.
Where can I take a shower?
The university sports showers are located near the elevator in building O25, level 1, and can be used at any time. (See map)
